✓ Make sure WordPress, WooCommerce and OrderFlow are up to date.
✓ Confirm WooCommerce is active.
✓ Check that your site meets the current OrderFlow system requirements.
✓ Confirm the WordPress REST API is available.
✓ Clear any site, server or browser caching after making configuration changes.

What happens next?

1. Send your request

Provide the details of the problem using the support form.

2. We’ll review it

We’ll review the information you’ve supplied and may ask for additional details if they’re needed to investigate the issue.

3. We’ll respond by email

Our response will be sent to the email address entered in the support form.

I would not advertise a guaranteed response time yet unless you know you can consistently meet it.

For Professional customers you can separately say Priority Support because that’s already part of your published plan, but don’t turn that into “response within X hours” unless that’s an SLA you actually intend to honour.

Before sending technical information

Please protect your data

Do not send passwords, payment card information, customer personal data, licence keys or other sensitive credentials through the support form.

If access to your WordPress installation is required to investigate an issue, we’ll arrange an appropriate method with you separately.

This makes the support operation look much more professional and avoids encouraging customers to paste WordPress administrator passwords into a form.ivating OrderFlow or accessing a purchase.
